1. Digital Goods
All products sold on our platform are digital and electronically delivered. Once successfully processed and delivered, purchases are generally final and irreversible.
2. No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for game top-ups, digital vouchers, gift cards, subscriptions, in-game currencies, or other digital products once delivered.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered for failed deliveries, duplicate payments caused by technical issues, or verified unauthorized transactions.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided for incorrect account details entered by the customer, wrong product selection, redeemed codes, successful deliveries, promotional purchases, or change-of-mind requests.
5. Refund Requests
Customers must report disputes or missing deliveries within 7 days of the transaction date to email: hello@siriusb.pk and provide:
- Order ID
- Proof of payment
- Transaction date
- Registered email or mobile number
- Detailed description of the issue
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method where possible.
7. Fraud & Chargebacks
Fraudulent claims, abusive chargebacks, or suspicious activity may result in account suspension, transaction restrictions, or legal action under the laws of Pakistan.
